Tracking
Finding your number
Tracking numbers look like TD-XXXXXXXXXX and were sent to you when the parcel was booked. They never contain the letters O or I, so a 0 is always a zero.
Reading the timeline
Each stop shows its status, the fee owed and who is carrying it. The highlighted stop is the one your parcel is at right now.

- 1Open your tracking number — no login required.
- 2Find the stop marked 'payment required'.
- 3Choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or Cash App.
- 4Copy our wallet address or Cash App tag, and send the exact amount shown.
- 5Paste your transaction hash, or write what you sent for Cash App.
- 6We confirm it and release the stop. You then confirm you received the parcel.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to track a parcel?+
No. A tracking number is the only thing you need. The number is generated with high entropy and all personal details on the public page are masked.
Who pays for each stop?+
The person receiving the parcel. The fee for a stop becomes payable when the parcel physically arrives at that stop, and the parcel cannot move on until it is paid.
What happens if nobody pays?+
The parcel stays at that stop. Stops are released either when the receiver confirms receipt or automatically after the configured auto-release window, so agents are never blocked indefinitely.
How do I pay?+
On the tracking page, pick how you want to pay. For cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT on TRC20 — copy our wallet address and send the exact amount shown, then paste your transaction hash so we can check it. Or choose Cash App, send the fee to the tag shown, and write what you sent so we can match it in our own app. Either way a person confirms the payment before your parcel moves; nothing is released automatically.
Why can't I pay by card?+
We don't take card payments. Every fee is settled on a chain we can inspect, or through a Cash App tag you can check against your own history.
How do I know my money is safe?+
Every payment is held in an escrow ledger and only moved to the agent and the platform once the stop is released. The ledger is double-entry, so every cent is traceable.
My tracking number doesn't work.+
Check for transcription errors, especially O versus 0 and I versus 1 — the alphabet excludes them. If it still fails, contact support with the sender's reference.
