Delivery that nobody has to finance
Trust Digital exists because consignment — where the recipient pays as goods move — is the oldest and fairest way to ship, and almost nobody does it well.

The problem we solve
Traditional carriers extend credit. A sender ships, an agent carries, and payment is collected weeks later — if it ever is. Losses land on whichever party can least afford them: usually the small carrier, sometimes the recipient who never intended to pay.
We invert it. Each stop is a small, explicit transaction. The receiver pays as the parcel reaches them, the money sits in escrow, and the next stop is only released once that payment settles. Nobody extends credit, so nobody carries the risk.
How we build it
Payment follows delivery
A stop is only billable once the parcel has physically arrived there. Nobody pays for a leg that hasn't happened.
Escrow, not invoices
Funds sit in a double-entry ledger until the parcel is released, then split automatically between the agent and the platform.
No account to look
Tracking is public by design. The tracking number is the credential, and everything personal on that page is masked.
One rule, enforced centrally
Agents, webhooks, cron jobs and admin overrides all pass through the same stage machine, so the payment gate can't be side-stepped.
Our story
2023
Started as an internal tool for moving goods between three city depots.
2024
Customs checkpoints became real, paid stops rather than unpaid waiting states.
2025
Opened the agent network and moved the escrow ledger to a proper double-entry model.
2026
Added crypto and Cash App Pay, and opened public tracking with masked PII.
